Requirements

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid PA Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills essential for client interaction and negotiation.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently.

Customer-Centric: A keen understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy customization and compliance.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and prospecting potential clients in the Reading, Pennsylvania area.

Policy Development: Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs, craft personalized insurance solutions, and present proposals tailored to meet their business goals.
