Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in ACA, Medicare, Life, or P&C insurance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Agent CRM, or HealthSherpa.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, meetings, and email communications
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Help with client follow-ups and appointment scheduling
Assist with CRM entries and automation tasks
Support agency owner in project and team management
Assist with insurance-related administrative duties
