Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication expertise.

Customer Orientation: A strong commitment to fulfilling and surpassing client needs.

Remote Work Adaptability: Ability to remain productive and engaged in a fully remote setting.

Teamwork: Proficiency in collaborating with team members in a virtual environment.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance requirements and offering personalized solutions.

Outbound and Inbound Communication: Conduct outreach to potential clients and handle inbound calls efficiently, providing necessary information and assistance.

Policy Development: Deliver customized insurance plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, ensuring optimal coverage.

Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to choose our services, demonstrating the value and benefits of the insurance options.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Education: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and innovative insurance solutions.
