Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must have a valid Texas Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or office management is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.

Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Technology: Proficient in using insurance and CRM software tools.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, providing guidance to the team to meet insurance sales targets.

Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Strategy: Implement and support sales strategies to drive growth and retention.

Compliance: Ensure the office complies with all regulatory requirements and maintains company standards.

Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

Problem Resolution: Handle client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
