NEW Farmers' Protégé Program! 

We are searching for individuals that have been looking to enter into the competitive world of INSURANCE! This program provides you with the ability to work under one of Farmers' most successful agents.  

We provide our new Insurance Sales Representatives with an 8 week PAID training program that will provide hands-on training in a call center-type environment including training in marketing, sales, staffing, customer service, and insurance knowledge. This will leave you with the tools to best serve our customers!

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner so as to provide exceptional and extraordinary service.
• Ensure that all quotes, procedures, and practices are compliant with Farmers Department of Insurance.
• Work independently and with mentoring/coaching.
• Multi-task, organized and driven to meet deadlines.
