• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in both languages (verbal & written).
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or sales preferred (training provided).
• Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain (licensing assistance available).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Present, promote, and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance policies tailored to each clients needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure renewals.
• Manage leads, follow up on quotes, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to achieve performance targets.
