We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The base salary ranges from $33,000 to $37,000 annually, with tiered commissions ranging from 3% to 12%. First-year on-target earnings (OTE) are estimated to be between $50,000 and $90,000, with additional bonus opportunities available.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). Licensing assistance is available if needed.
  • Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train a motivated/driven individual.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.
  • Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to secure agreements.
