As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our client interactions. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, reviewing policies, and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. This role also includes a sales component, providing you with opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses.
