We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this hybrid remote role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions that meet individual and family needs. You’ll work in a fast-paced, energetic environment where performance is rewarded and opportunity is unlimited.

Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A client-first, professional mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly self-motivated and goal-driven
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Resilience and adaptability—comfortable with rejection and challenges
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License is a bonus but we will train you if you don't have it
- Life & Health license a plus
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and build relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify individual insurance needs and present tailored policy solutions
- Educate clients clearly and confidently on coverages, benefits, and options
- Maintain an active pipeline and follow up with leads consistently
- Collaborate with internal support staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Stay current on industry trends, underwriting updates, and product offerings

Through information and education, we tailor our services and products to meet our customers private or business insurance needs, giving them peace of mind in life's tribulations, so they can enjoy life to the fullest.
Our outreach also goes to breach the language needs of our customers, consolidating the great trust we seek to earn, every day, from our wonderful customers. At our agency, aside from English, we can already accommodate our customers in the languages of Spanish and Portuguese.
Our values also lie within our community. As an agency on the ground, we feel, listen and acknowledge the strength and energy of our local community. We want to be entrenched in every aspect of the lives of the private citizens and businesses that surround us and make up the fabric of our community, which we strongly believe in. As such we keep and project an active participating agenda of activities in diverse areas of interests, harnessed to causes than enhance the qualities or promote the bettering of our town.
This year alone, our very first full year in force, we projected to undertake a Toy Drive & Motorcycle Run, following a Pet Event, Participate in a Boat Show, Car show, Homeowners/Realtors Event and a Commercial Event. Many of these events will be in partnership with other businesses and/or organizations, to further strengthen the potential and depth of our events and the good they can do for our community.
Our inaugural event took place last December, on Christmas Eve, when we partnered with the Smith Hill Community Development Corporation, right next door to us, to bring Christmas happiness to close to thirty children and youths, by purchasing presents for them, of their choice. An event that filled us with joy and pride in our community.
We are kicked off our yearly events with a Motorcycle Run that will took place in late Spring/early Summer.
We feel that being part of the community deserves our attention and commitment. We sincerely hope that coming together as a community, private citizens and business owners and business leaders, supporting local and/or national organizations continue the great job they are doing in helping our youth in trouble find a new path and purpose for their lives.
