We’re hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to be the face and heartbeat of our agency. In this critical role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, underwriters, and partners—helping them with everything from policy questions to claims processing. You’ll work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will shine.   • Base Pay: $42,000–$45,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent Client Service: Friendly, professional communication with clients and carriers
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and systems
  • Tech Proficiency: Confident in Microsoft Office; quick to learn industry-specific tools
  • Detail-Oriented: Accurate with records, emails, and client information

Responsibilities
  • Be the welcoming point of contact for in-office clients and phone inquiries
  • Retain existing clients through attentive follow-up and excellent service
  • Manage policy renewals and maintain client records accurately
  • Assist with claim reporting and policy documentation
  • Solve problems efficiently and escalate issues when needed
  • Keep office communication lines clear, timely, and professional

As such we keep and project an active participating agenda of activities in diverse areas of interests, harnessed to causes than enhance the qualities or promote the bettering of our town. This year alone, our very first full year in force, we projected to undertake a Toy Drive & Motorcycle Run, following a Pet Event, Participate in a Boat Show, Car show, Homeowners/Realtors Event and a Commercial Event. Many of these events will be in partnership with other businesses and/or organizations, to further strengthen the potential and depth of our events and the good they can do for our community. Our inaugural event took place last December, on Christmas Eve, when we partnered with the Smith Hill Community Development Corporation, right next door to us, to bring Christmas happiness to close to thirty children and youths, by purchasing presents for them, of their choice. An event that filled us with joy and pride in our community. We are kicked off our yearly events with a Motorcycle Run that will took place in late Spring/early Summer. We feel that being part of the community deserves our attention and commitment. We sincerely hope that coming together as a community, private citizens and business owners and business leaders, supporting local and/or national organizations continue the great job they are doing in helping our youth in trouble find a new path and purpose for their lives.
