We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As a Property Insurance Specialist you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest Property Insurance Specialist will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As an Properties Insurance Specialist you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• A 4-40 and 2-20 License is a BONUS but WE CAN HELP YOU OBTAIN
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail with time management and decision making skills.
• Ability to be persuasive, persistent and confident in completing a sale.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross an up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales and solve or refer problems.
