Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance producer license in Tennessee or be willing to obtain one shortly after hiring.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales field is valued but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential clients and team members.

Customer-Focused: A strong desire to understand and fulfill clients' insurance needs while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while achieving set goals.

Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using digital communication tools and CRM software to manage client information and interactions.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and sales processes.

Responsibilities
