• Greet clients warmly and make them feel seen, heard, and supported from day one.
• Guide clients through their visits, including weigh-ins and progress assessments.
• Clearly explain our personalized programs and cutting-edge treatments.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping clients aligned with their goals.
• Assist with celebrating client milestones, and promote their stories to create community awareness.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and answers to client inquiries.
• Work closely with the General Manager and medical team to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Represent Lindora at community events and promotional opportunities.
