You’re a strong fit if you have:
1+ years of proven success in sales, membership sales, or Med Spa / wellness studio management
Experience opening new locations or growing businesses from the ground up (highly preferred)
A self-starter mindset and comfort in a performance-driven, commission-based role
A passion for health, wellness, and helping people reach their goals
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
Comfort with technology, CRM/studio software, and performance tracking
What you’ll do:
Lead and close membership consultations (in-person, phone, and virtual)
Drive monthly membership growth and retention
Convert inbound leads into long-term members through consultative selling
Coach, train, and mentor front-desk and sales-support staff
Represent Lindora at local events, partnerships, and community initiatives
