Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts and lead lists.

• Clearly articulate product/service information and answer prospect questions.
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to further discuss offerings.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions
• Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Achieve daily and weekly call quotas and appointment setting targets.
• Provide feedback on call campaigns and customer responses to improve effectiveness.
