Requirements
  • Qualifications: A proven track record in sales and mortgage-related fields, with at least 1 years of relevant experience.
  • Licensing: Must possess an active Florida, Georgia and/or Texas Mortgage Loan Originator license.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and forging long-lasting relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting performance goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in using loan origination and CRM software.
Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific mortgage needs and providing personalized advice.

Loan Products: Expertly explain the various mortgage loan products, terms, and conditions to clients.

Application Process: Guide clients through every step of the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and share insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience from application to closing.

Documentation: Ensure all loan documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within established timeframes.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of mortgage regulations and adhere to industry standards.
