Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensure: Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License in Kansas and Missouri.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Client-Focused: A genuine interest in meeting and surpassing client expectations.

Adaptability: Proficiency in working effectively in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well within a team, fostering positive relationships.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing assistance. Policy Recommendations: Recommend insurance plans that align with clients' specific requirements and goals. Sales Development: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products to enhance client coverage. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance trends and regulations to better serve clients.
