We are seeking a motivated and experienced All Lines Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for helping customers find the right insurance solutions.
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Prepare and present insurance quotes and policies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
