Job Overview

Personal Lines Account Manager is a vital position within the Lemon Mohler Insurance Agency. You will be responsible for managing the relationship between our customer and their insurance carrier. You will be working in a friendly, dynamic, customer focused, environment that requires, insight, expertise, and personal investment. You will have an opportunity to work as a member of a team that, collectively, represents the most well established and respected agency on the gulf coast. Account Managers develop business organically, write new business, and work to retain existing accounts. Requirements
  • Must possess a current Property and Casualty License
  • AMS360 software experience preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of Independent Insurance experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage & rating
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for gathering the information and risk management recommendations for the renewal of designated accounts.
  • Complete binders and/or policy or endorsement requests.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Assist clients in obtaining quotes for new policies and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage.
  • Receive phone calls and office visits from clients requesting quotes, changes to existing policies, and/or new policies.
  • Achieve published agency goals pertaining to customer retention.
  • Submit requests to the appropriate markets to ensure our customers receive the best, properly valued coverage available.
  • Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and other team members to meet client needs and resolve issues.
