- Commercial Lines Account Associate is a critical support position within the Lemon-Mohler Insurance Agency. You will be an integral part of an amazing team focused on efficiency, collaboration, and achievement. Working hand in hand with the Account Executives. Your efforts will advance the vision of the company, aid in growth, and help to elevate the Commercial Lines Department. Requirements
The Commercial Lines Account Associate must be a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite® and Adobe Acrobat® is required. At least 6 months of work experience or internship in a modernized business environment.
Responsibilities
- Review policies, changes, and cancellations and update policy records as needed.
- Track and process policy documents and other carrier correspondence.
- Administer client payments.
- Process binders, change requests, and certificates of insurance.
- Assist with gathering renewal information, online quoting, and submitting requests to brokers for quotes.
- Work with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure tasks are being completed within a timely manner.
- Accomplish all duties with a high degree of professionalism and maturity.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the department manager.
