Licensing: Active FL Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Ability: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Orlando area and its demographic preferences is a plus.
