Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active FL Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to meeting the needs of clients and providing excellent customer service.

Sales Ability: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in client documentation and plan customization.

Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Orlando area and its demographic preferences is a plus.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage proactively with new and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and offer appropriate advice.

Sales Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.

Policy Customization: Tailor insurance policies to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each client, enhancing their coverage options.

Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the community to foster brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to deliver informed service and advice.
