Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must have a 220 or 440 Florida Property & Casualty License with minimum of current 1-2 years experience in P&C sales inclusive of homeowners, auto, renters, commercial etc

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer-focused roles is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Customer Relationship: Strong desire to provide outstanding service and build lasting client relationships.

Motivation: Self-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving set targets and goals.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Problem-Solving: Critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer personalized solutions.

Policy Development: Work closely with clients to develop insurance policies that best fit their requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Lead Generation: Actively pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and industry events to expand client base.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and competitor offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the agency while upholding the company's standards of service and integrity.
