We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our clients receive the attentive, knowledgeable service they expect and deserve. This is a full-time, in-office position with a consistent schedule from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour lunch, totaling a 37.5-hour workweek. The base pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • MD Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health license is a plus)
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills with proper grammar usage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong multitasking ability
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a high level of empathy and confidence
  • Excellent attention to detail and command of the English language
  • Strong team player with a “we’re in this together” mindset
Responsibilities
  • Perform policy renewal reviews with accuracy and care
  • Quote, process, and issue endorsements and new policies
  • Manage data entry, file documentation, and correspondence
  • Provide prompt, professional responses to inbound/outbound calls and emails
  • Report and assist clients with insurance claims
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
