As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our clients, strengthening relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high level of care our agency is known for.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, and claims support.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering knowledgeable and personalized service.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products that better protect our clients.
- Maintain accurate client records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to serving our community.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Holds an active Texas Property & Casualty License (preferred)
- Enjoys helping people and solving problems
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain
- Bilingual is a pluse
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Texas Property & Casualty License Required
