Summer Internship with paid experience and community service hours for an energetic, go-getter, self-starting college student (junior or rising senior). The intern will gain entrepreneurial insight and marketing, sales, and client retention experience. It is an opportunity for team building as well. The person will report to the Agency Life Insurance Marketing Manager and provide weekly updates to the agency owner. May assist in social media content creation and developing campaigns. Assist with sales development by answering and making phone calls to prospects and existing
clients, directing payments and setting sales and policy review appointments.
Do quotes by gathering client data, inputting data and generating proposals. Type and arrange
documents for filing, policy binding and sales appointments.
Call, text and email business partners and clients. Also, plan summer social and festival with agency staff.
Tracking sales, renewals and cancellations in spreadsheet each week.
