As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities: - Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, answering inquiries and providing necessary information. - Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, organizing client files, and preparing documents. - Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth sales operations, including scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining contact databases. - Client Communication: Communicate with clients to update them on policy changes, address their concerns, and provide general support. - Policy Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Farmers Insurance policies and offerings to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
