Property and Casualty (P/C) Life and Health
Relationship Development:
Develop and nurture relationships within the community to generate future referrals, ensuring a steady stream of new business into the agency.
Outbound Calls:
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls each daily (including both cold and/or warm calls) to engage potential clients.
Training:
Complete Farmers’ online training modules designed for agency producers to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Quoting Goals:
Complete 10 personal line quotes every day to support the quoting process.
Complete 1 commercial insurance quote and 1 life insurance quote per week.
Sales Presentations:
Present life insurance options to a minimum of 10 people every day to drive interest and sales.
Weekly Staff Meetings:
Actively participate in weekly staff meetings, coming prepared to:
Review current performance numbers.
Provide projections for the following week’s goals and targets.
File Management:
Ensure that all files are completed in accordance with agency guidelines, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
