This program does not require financial assets and provides a base + commission structure.
Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check is required

Responsibilities
- Show clients the best insurance coverage and financial product options to meet their needs after assessing their own goals and circumstances.
- Generate new business by cross-selling and up-selling insurance and financial products.
- Maintain knowledge of Farmer's evolving products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues and concerns.
- Hit and exceed your production goals so you and the Agency meet your overall financial objectives.
