Based salary dependent on experience. An average experienced candidate earns $75,000 with base salary and commission.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must hold an active Washington State Property & Casualty license.
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar field is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Customer Service: Strong ability to understand and meet the needs of clients.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and close deals effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and foster positive relationships within the office.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Policy Selection: Assist clients in selecting the best policies tailored to their lifestyle and financial situation.
  • Sales Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and products in the insurance industry to offer knowledgeable guidance.
  • Customer Relations: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to Larmore Agency and Associates, LLC.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
