Are you looking to break into the Insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $55,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $35,000. Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $75,000 and our top earners made $80,000 in commission last year.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proven experience in insurance sales and outside sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and benefits administration
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience in retail sales and telemarketing is advantageous
Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to promote and sell insurance products, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to tailor insurance solutions that meet customer requirements.
