Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) ERA Ignite and other relevant software.
A customer-centric approach with a passion for providing outstanding service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Greet customers warmly as they arrive for their service appointments and ensure a positive first impression.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately translate them into repair orders for the technicians.
Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs.
Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on progress.
Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the workflow of the service department.
Build rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
Assist in resolving any customer issues or concerns that may arise during the service experience.
