Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active California Property & Casualty License OR Personal Lines License

Experience: A minimum of 1 years in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

Customer Focus: A genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of clients.

Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to maintain high productivity and effective communication in a fully remote environment.

Team Collaboration: Ability to contribute to a team-driven environment, building positive relationships with colleagues.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored coverage solutions.

  • Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Educate clients on the value of Allstate’s products, including auto, home, life, and more.
  • Work closely with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best recommendations.
