We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Internal Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency in Lacey, WA. This is a full-time, in-office role designed for an enthusiastic individual looking to build a career in the insurance industry. Entry-level candidates are preferred, as we are fully prepared to train the right person. You will support our expanding client base by managing daily service requests, onboarding new clients, and assisting with agency promotion.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

High school diploma or equivalent required.
No prior insurance experience required. Financial experience and or insurance a plus.
Willingness to obtain a Washington State Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license. We will support your license training/testing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective digital and phone interaction.
Basic proficiency with standard office software and a willingness to learn Farmers systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people in the local community.
Base/Incentives: $40,000 – $60,000+ annually.
Location: Lacey, WA (100% In-Office) in the Hogum Bay development area.

Client Servicing: Answer inbound calls and emails regarding Farmers policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims.
New Business Onboarding: Assist incoming clients with application completion, documentation gathering, and initial account setup.
Lead Response: Follow up promptly with online leads to provide information and schedule consultations with our agents.
Agency Promotion: Actively cross-sell and up-sell existing clients on relevant Farmers insurance products to maximize their coverage.
Data Management: Maintain accurate, detailed client records within our agency management system.
