Kylee Huskey Agency in DeSoto, Missouri, is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team as a Full-Time Insurance Receptionist. We are a busy insurance office and you will be our amazing client’s first point of contact. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you will be the perfect fit for this role.
Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
