Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Active Washington State Producer License (Life & Disability).
Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for helping people find the right solutions.
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organization.
Comfortable using CRM software and standard office applications.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and financial goals.
Educate clients on available life and disability insurance products, explaining benefits and coverage clearly.
Develop tailored insurance proposals that best suit individual client circumstances.
Process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
Proactively seek opportunities to grow your client base and expand your business within the agency.
