The Eric Kyle Allstate Agency has an amazing opportunity on our team! We are looking for a Licensed, Customer Service Representative who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who "never meets a stranger", can multi-task by using multiple computer programs at once, and holds a true passion for helping others. Ideal candidates will have a valid P&C Insurance license, and prior industry experience.

 

As a licensed customer service representative, you will be greeting clients who come into the agency, or call on the phone, assisting them with tasks including: taking payments and applying them to their policies, troubleshooting billing inquiries, assisting with the claims process, answering any policy related questions, and being a team player to the rest of our staff.

We are seeking to hire trusted advisors who have a strong desire to help customers understand the importance of proper coverage and educating the clients on why insurance is so important.

 

We are seeking candidates who can work full time in our Cary, NC Agency Office.

Total Compensation Package includes base pay + opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses = $40,000 - $50,000+ annually

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
  • Must have a minimum 2 years in a similar customer service environment *REQUIRED*
  • Must be able to handle high call volume while meeting expectations of agency.
  • Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
  • Ability to work well within and positively contribute to the team.
  • Must be Coachable.
  • Ability to follow proven processes and systems of our agency.
  • Excellent and proven communication skills.
  • Ability to look for opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • High attention to detail
  • Previous Insurance Industry Experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Politely and professionally greet all clients, either in person or on the phone.
  • Assist current clients with service-related tasks, including, but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing policies, troubleshooting billing questions, educating, and making informed recommendations on current policies.
  • Deepen existing relationships through policy reviews and cross-selling.
  • Ability to build rapport, trust and confidence with customers by answering inbound calls.
