We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our Farmers Insurance agency in the Portland Metro area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls using leads provided by the agent. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others protect what matters most and are eager to grow in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Must be willing to obtain or already possess an Oregon insurance license (training provided).

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.

Educate potential customers on insurance products including auto, home, life, and business insurance.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to close sales.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Collaborate with the agent and team to meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth.
