You'll work directly with an experienced agency owner, close warm leads, build a strong client base, and master the skills it takes to run your own office. Along the way, youll earn uncapped commissions, receive one-on-one mentorship, and gain real-world leadership experience.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Experience Helps, Not Required: Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but we're open to fast learners with the right attitude.


  • Licensing Will Be Required: Must be willing to earn your Property & Casualty insurance license early in the process (well help guide you through it).
Responsibilities
  • Proactively Generate Leads by reaching out to prospects through calls, networking events, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct Personalized Client Consultations to identify insurance needs and present customized coverage solutions that align with their goals.
  • Drive Sales Performance by executing proven strategies, overcoming objections, and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.


  • Build Lasting Client Relationships by delivering exceptional service and maintaining trust to encourage long-term business and referrals.


  • Advance Toward Agency Ownership with a clear path to running your own agency, including managing your own book of clients and leading a team.


  • Ongoing Sales Training & Mentorship provided to sharpen your skills, enhance your success rate, and support your professional development.
