Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated, results-driven professional to join our team as an Agent in Training. If you’re a licensed insurance professional ready to sharpen your sales expertise and work toward owning your own agency, this is the opportunity for you!

In this role, you’ll use your Property and Casualty license to connect with clients, uncover their coverage needs, and deliver customized insurance solutions that drive business growth. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Prior Sales Experience: Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to Obtain Licensing: Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Continuously build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Consultations: Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions, using your sales expertise to guide them toward the best options.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective strategies to close sales and meet/exceed your individual sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Agency Ownership Pathway: As you succeed in sales, you will have the opportunity to transition into owning your own agency, leading a team, and managing your own book of business.
  • Ongoing Training & Mentorship: Receive continuous support and training to refine your sales techniques and improve your overall performance.
