Agent Trainee - Farmers Insurance


Job Overview

As an Agent Trainee, you will play a key role in our team by driving revenue growth through the sale of high-quality insurance products to our valued clients. You will engage with warm leads to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in insurance products and sales insight. This role is ideal for individuals with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales and customer service. You will refine your skills under the guidance of experienced mentors, gaining a solid foundation in the insurance industry and the fundamentals of running a successful agency.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is welcomed but not required.
  • Strong understanding or willingness to gain insight into insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Must obtain the necessary insurance license within a specified timeframe.
