Join our team at Farmers Insurance - Kyle Campbell Agency, a thriving insurance agency committed to excellence and driven by a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a trainee in our Agency Accelerator Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership.

In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • A coachable mindset is a must.


Responsibilities

Sales Production:

  • Efficiently work the leads provided by the agency owner.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Present insurance solutions clearly and compellingly.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Learning and Development:

  • Shadow the agency owner to gain insights into agency operations, including marketing strategies, client retention techniques, and staff management.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Take the initiative to learn about different aspects of agency management, such as underwriting, claims processing, and compliance.

Ownership Preparation:

  • Collaborate with the agency owner to develop a roadmap for career advancement and ownership transition.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving agency performance and efficiency.
