Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Already have or able to obtain a Property & Casualty license, Life & Health license a bonus.
- 1+ years insurance experience, independent agency experience a plus.
- Ability to close sales and overcome objections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in computers and technology.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Responsibilities
- Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as requested.
- Assisting clients with bill payments and filing claims.
- Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
- Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Assisting with clients with car rentals and cleaning rental cars.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
