We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, P&C licensed sales professional. Prior experience is necessary. Ideal applicants will be speaking with customers on the phone and in person and are willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients. We are seeking energetic and driven individuals with a winning spirit to join our fast-paced sales department. with a desire to make a difference in people's lives.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Create and meet new business production goals to best achieve success.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and empathetic attitude with customers in helping them meet their needs and goals.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products..
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
