The Pruner Agency is actively expanding and seeking an experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our growing team. This is a production-focused role designed for motivated professionals who want flexibility, strong earning potential, consistent support, and a clear path for growth.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
Active Kansas Property & Casualty insurance license (or willing to get in first 30 days)
Prior insurance sales or agency experience preferred
Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
Comfortable working inside CRM systems and digital tools
Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
Commitment to ethical selling and long-term client relationships
Responsibilities
Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance products including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and bundled policies
Work inbound and outbound leads through phone, text, email, and CRM workflows
Conduct professional policy reviews and coverage consultations
Quote, bind, and manage new business efficiently and accurately
Cross-sell and upsell responsibly to maximize account value and retention
Maintain strong documentation and follow-up inside Agency CRM systems
Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication and trust
Collaborate with leadership on production goals, pipeline strategy, and growth initiatives
