What You'll Bring:

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• At least 1 year of insurance or sales experience preferred

We're looking for a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Producer who's motivated, people-oriented, and ready to grow within a supportive, family-focused agency. You'll help clients secure the right auto and home protection while building lasting relationships in your community.

What You'll Do:

• Quote, present, and sell P&C insurance from multiple carriers
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients and families
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and renewals in our CRM system
• Provide outstanding service and personalized coverage recommendations
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals
