As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a key role in helping us provide top-tier insurance solutions. We are looking for a licensed insurance agent who possesses the following skills:

● Highly motivated and self-starter

● Team player

● Punctual

● Speaks clear and has excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

● Multi-task and handle high volume

● Goal-oriented

● Maintains integrity

● Possess a valid P&C insurance license (training available for the right candidate) 

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
  • Analyze clients' insurance needs and suggest suitable policies
  • Guide clients claims procedures and policy renewals
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads
  • Negotiate terms with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
  • Administer benefits and process policy changes
