Job Description:

Are you driven, passionate, and eager to carve a successful career in the insurance industry? The Kristine Hartley Agency is excited to announce openings for motivated individuals to join our Farmers Insurance Protégé Program. As a participant in this esteemed program, you will embark on an enriching journey to become a competitive insurance agent. Our growth path includes becoming an agency owner in 12 months or less.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Qualifications:

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
• Desire to be active in the community and help people navigate insurance needs
• Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day-to-day operations
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
• Not more than $5,000 in collections
• No bankruptcies in the last 3 years
• Favorable criminal record with no felonies
• Multilingual a plus
• Be willing to work towards getting your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses before starting. DON'T WORRY WE PROVIDE STUDY MATERIAL AND ASSISTANCE WITH THIS.
