Kristin Wyman Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing remote sales team. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products and is passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.
This is a fully remote opportunity, and we are open to hiring candidates anywhere in the United States, provided they hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in their resident state.

Salary Range: $27,500.00 - $685,000.00 per year

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required in your resident state
Previous P&C insurance sales experience strongly preferred
Experience with Farmers Insurance products or captive agency sales is a plus
Proven sales skills with a strong closing ability
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems and quoting platforms
Prospect, quote, and sell personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual communication
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Follow up on leads and cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
