Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Requirements

Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to follow structured scripts, as well as be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling. Basic computer and CRM navigation skills are required, and all applicants must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism as mandatory expectations.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to inbound leads, data transfers, and purchased lead lists while following provided call scripts and strict compliance guidelines. Engage prospects in a professional and confident manner, identify basic interest and qualification details, and schedule appointments for licensed agents when appropriate. Transfer live calls to available agents when necessary, maintain accurate call notes and lead tracking within the CRM, and consistently adhere to all agency compliance rules without exception.
