• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• P&C Insurance License: Must hold a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license. Will provide schooling to obtain license.

1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients, both in English and Spanish-speaking communities, and offer them tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' insurance requirements, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Policy Review: Review and analyze existing policies to identify coverage gaps and make recommendations for improvements.
4. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and community organizations to expand the agency's presence and clientele.
5. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documents accurately and efficiently.
6. Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all activities align with legal and ethical guidelines.
